This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems for residential and/or commercial projects while ensuring all work meets Oregon plumbing codes and safety standards. Read More Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water, waste, vent, and gas lines Diagnose plumbing issues and complete repairs efficiently Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications Ensure all work complies with Oregon state and local plumbing codes Install fixtures such as toilets, sinks, faucets, water heaters, and appliances Perform system testing and inspections Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite Complete job documentation and material tracking Qualifications Active Oregon Journeyman Plumber License (required) 3+ years of plumbing experience preferred Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and code compliance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong troubleshooting and time-management skills Preferred Qualifications Residential and/or commercial plumbing experience Gas piping or hydronic system experience Ability to mentor apprentices Customer service experience Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to bend, kneel, crawl, and work in tight spaces Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Benefits & Perks Competitive pay based on experience ($38–45/hr) A company in business for over 65 years, growing with excellent job stability 401K with a generous 4% company match PTO: One week to start, two weeks after two years Paid Holidays: Memorial, Independence, Labor, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Discretionary & Anniversary bonuses Company-paid insurance for the employee; dental also available Company vehicle, tools, gas card, phone/phone stipend Schedule 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday (some weekends may be required) Overtime available Work Location: In person – Eugene, OR
